• WeComeToYou (WCTY) is a platform for businesses (vendors) that provide home and office delivery or remotely delivered products and services to be listed on wecometoyou.au
• It is the responsibility of vendors to complete their own details by the listing creation toll or contact is for assistance.
• The vendor is required, as a condition of joining the site, to offer their product or service as delivered to the customer at their home, office or remotely online according to the available options.
• WCTY does not guarantee any specific level of results or response from inclusion in the site.
• The purpose of WCTY is to introduce potential customers to vendors. Vendors agree to respond direct to any potential customer enquiry that comes to them in a prompt fashion or in a timeframe that enables a transaction to potentially be successfully executed.
• Listings can be deleted without notice by the administrator if the supplier is in breach of these terms.
• The vendor may cancel their listing at any time. No refunds will made unless the listing cancelled is a 12-month subscription, then the Supplier may claim a refund of 50% of the remaining time remaining on the subscription based on an average monthly fee. • WCTY does not endorse or recommend the services or products of any vendors listed in the site.
• While WCTY takes all care to ensure the high quality of vendors on the site we cannot guarantee the performance of every vendor in terms of response or quality of work/service.
• Users are advised to do their own due diligence and seek professional advice where appropriate.
• Users are encouraged to rate their experience using the feedback section on each listing, however abuse and defamatory remarks and will not be tolerated. Such commentary will be deleted from the site immediately.
