Account Creation

1. To Register, click on the Register tab and fill in details.

2. After submitting the details, there will be a notification message on top of the form and you will be redirected after 2 seconds to the Dashboard page.

Sign In Account

1. Click on the Sign In button at the top right

2. Fill in account details to sign in in the login tab.

3. After signing in, you’ll be redirected to the Account Dashboard

Membership Upgrade

1. To upgrade your Membership Plan, click on the “You are: Customer” box. Then click on the Membership Plans button.

2. You will be redirected to the Pricing page to upgrade your Membership Plan. In the page, you will be able to choose three plans: Basic, Extended and Professional

3. To subscribe to a plan, click on the button of the plan below. Upon subscribing, wait for your subscription to be confirmed by the Administrator. 

4. If subscribing to Free plan, you will be redirected back to the Home or Dashboard page. When subscribing to paid plans, you will be redirected to the Checkout page.

5. After checking out a Paid Plan, you will be redirected to the Thank You or Checkout success page as confirmation that your subscription has been received. You will need to wait for the Administrator to approve your subscription.

How to Claim Listing

1. To claim Listings, you need to be logged in. Once logged in, browse an unclaimed or unverified Listing and look for the Claim Now link/button located at the bottom of the sidebar.

2. Fill in additional information when claiming the listing.

3. Upon submitting, your request to claim a listing will be reviewed by the Administrator and once approved, you will get a confirmation of your claim listing.

4. Once your claim listing has been approved, the listing will now be verified with a badge and authorship will be transferred to the user who claimed the listing.

How to create a Free Listing

1. To create a Free Listing, you need to be logged in and your account is subscribed to a Basic Plan.

2. Navigate to the Add/Submit Listing page, you will be given the option to choose which Listing Type to select: Restaurants or Non-Restaurants. Click on the Restaurant button to change to other Listing Type.

3. Fill in the details of the listing. Some fields such as premium features will not be available unless the listing author is subscribed to a paid plan. You can still fill in the details for the premium features fields but they will not be displayed on the front-end.

  • Promote Current Offers
  • Vendor Downloads

How to create a Paid Listing

1. To create a Paid Listing, you need to be logged in and your account is subscribed to a Paid Membership Plan such as Extended and Professional. To upgrade your Membership Plan, navigate to Membership Upgrade guide.

2. Navigate to the Add/Submit Listing page, you will be given the option to choose which Listing Type to select: Restaurants or Non-Restaurants. Click on the Restaurant button to change to other Listing Type.

3. Fill in the details of the listing. All premium features fields will be available for display in the front-end if the listing author is subscribed to a paid plan.

  • Vendor Downloads

Upgrade Listing to Paid

1. To upgrade your Free Listings to Paid, you need to upgrade and subscribe to a Paid Plan. Refer to the Membership Upgrade section for the plan upgrade guide.

2. Choose either Extended or Professional Plan. 

3. Once you have subscribed to a paid membership plan, all listings you have authored will be automatically upgraded and the premium features will become available and displayed on the front-end.
